Favourites Terms of Use

These terms cover use of Favourites, a Chrome extension that replaces the New Tab page with a visual view of your Bookmarks Bar. By installing or using Favourites, you agree to these terms.
Use of the extension
Favourites is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse the extension, interfere with its normal operation, or attempt to reverse engineer it except as allowed by law.
Chrome and bookmarks
Favourites works with Chrome bookmarks on your device. Chrome, Chrome Sync, and the Chrome Web Store are Google products and are governed by Google’s own terms and policies.
Uninstalling Favourites does not delete your Chrome bookmarks.
Distribution
When Favourites is listed on the Chrome Web Store, your install, update, and refund options may also be governed by Google’s Chrome Web Store terms.

Intellectual property
Favourites, including its name, design, interface and related content, is owned by Jordan Simpson. You may not copy, reproduce, modify or distribute Favourites without permission, except as allowed by law.
No warranty
Favourites is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, no warranties are made about availability, accuracy, performance or uninterrupted operation.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
